I ordered these based on what was listed on the product page, but what showed up didn’t really line up. The sizing info and safety details were unclear, and some of it just seemed wrong. I have a high standard when it comes to work shoes because the specs actually matter, so having to double-check everything myself after delivery was frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected.

"Feet stayed dry the whole shift"
Got these for work after my old boots were letting water in every time it rained, which got old fast. So far, really solid they’ve been, and my feet stayed dry walking through puddles and wet grass.
I wore them for a full shift in rough rain and no leaks at all. They did take a few days to break in, but the waterproofing is exactly what I was needing...

Ordering was simple, like I didn’t have to think too much about it, which I always appreciate. But then the sizes took way longer than I expected, and that kind of threw me off because everything else had been so smooth up to that point. Not a terrible experience, just a little frustrating waiting around.

"Too uncomfortable for long shifts"
I ordered a pair from lehighsafetyshoes.com for work, they’ve been rough on my feet. After just a few hours into my shift, the soles feel really hard and there’s barely any cushioning, even when I wear thicker socks.
I gave them about a week to break in, but they never really got better. By the end of the day my heels and toes are sore, and that’s not something I can deal with long-term. They might hold up well, but if the comfort doesn’t improve, I’ll probably have to switch to a different brand next time...

I’ve been happy with these shoes so far. The arch support feels nice, and my feet don’t seem to get sore as quickly as they usually do. They did take a little bit of getting used to, but overall they’ve been comfortable and easy to wear

The shoes themselves seemed decent, but of course my size was out of stock because why would shopping ever be that easy? I had to keep checking back until they were available, which was a little annoying. Worked out eventually, but the stock situation was definitely hit or miss

"Good warranty, slow-ish response"
After a few months, I had an issue with the sole, which was annoying because I really liked them but also kind of expected them to hold up longer. I sent over some photos and they ended up replacing them under warranty. It took a little while to hear back, so that part wasn’t great, but at the same time I can’t really complain too much because they did make it right. Overall, a fair experience

The shoes fit me just fine and felt comfortable overall. I’d say they do well on dry floors, but just a heads up for anyone working around grease or oil: the slip resistance wasn’t as reliable for me once the floor got oily. They’re okay for lighter use, but if you’re in a kitchen or anywhere slippery a lot, you might want to look for something with stronger grip.

I ordered a pair of work shoes from Lehigh Safety Shoes they seemed good in the beginning. The fit felt right and shipping was about what I expected, nothing weird there. But after a few months of wearing them for work, the sole started looking worn down way sooner than I was hoping. They’re not completely useless or anything, but I just had this feeling they should’ve held up better. I might grab another pair if the price is really good, but overall I’m kind of disappointed with how long they lasted...

I messaged them about an order question fully expecting to be ignored or sent into some customer service black hole, because you know how these things usually go. But weirdly enough, they replied quickly and actually answered my question directly. No confusing runaround, no copy-paste nonsense. The person was genuinely nice and got everything sorted the same day. it was almost suspicious how smooth it was, like they’ve cracked some secret code other companies don’t want us to know about. Really happy with the service.

I was able to find the work shoe brands I usually go for all in one place, which was really nice. They had a good range of options and sizes, so I didn’t have to bounce around to a bunch of different sites, well, actually I checked one other site first, but ended up finding everything here. The shoes showed up on the day they were supposed to, which I appreciated, but the box was beat up when it arrived. The shoes seem okay, but it still wasn’t a great first impression. I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a small credit for the damaged packaging.
